What Court Exchange Platform does
BlueCourt Portal is the SaaS login for municipal/JP ticket clerks and county/district supervisors who assign prosecutors. Court staff sign in at https://command.mybluecoretech.com/bluecourt/login — not the law-enforcement Command Center workspace. Optional vendor adapters remain for agencies that still file into Odyssey or Incode.
