What BlueCore eCitation™ does
BlueCore eCitation is an independent enterprise citation module built for the realities of patrol work. Officers draft citations in the MDT workspace or the BlueCore Mobile app with DL/VIN import and ZPL printing. Supervisors review before submission, records reconciles shift uploads, and finalized citations flow to Court Exchange — all soft-linked to CAD and RMS without modifying core databases.
